Summary: We are seeking multiple Senior Clerical and Administrative Assistants to support a government customer. Ideal candidates have vast experience in the DoD in providing clerical and administrative support to executive and senior leaders in a dynamic fast-paced environment. The Senior Clerical and Administrative Assistant role requires exceptional communication skills, independent work ethic, utmost professionalism, and experience supporting senior leaders in Department of Defense (DoD) Headquarters. Key Duties: Provide and lead the administrative support to Program Manager, senior leaders, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments. Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Organize and maintain records, files, and documentation in accordance with DoD policies and procedures. Coordinate travel arrangements, including travel orders, vouchers, and expense reports. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and task management. Lead office operations by managing taskers, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring efficient workflow. May exercise supervision over junior staff and conduct performance evaluations. Perform additional clerical duties as assigned to support F-35 JPO objectives. Minimum Qualifications: AA degree with at least five (5) years of relevant experience to senior leaders Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include SharePoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with handling classified material in compliance with DoD security requirements. Experience supporting high-level leadership under the authority, direction, and control of a General Officer, Flag Officer, or Senior Executive Service (SES) member. Active Secret clearance. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with F-35 JPO and program operations. Previous government experience in an aviation support program. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for fostering relationships with stakeholders and government representatives.
