Job Summary: As a Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and current customers. You will focus on generating leads, scheduling appointments, and providing an exceptional experience to every customer. Your role is vital in supporting the sales team and contributing to the overall success of the dealership.
Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and online inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm. Generate and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and online inquiries. Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dealership's inventory, promotions, and services. Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track progress, and provide reports to management. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals. Follow up with customers after appointments to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Actively contribute to achieving team and individual performance goals. Stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences to improve engagement strategies. Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. We utilize DealerSocket CRM across our entire group. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Closed on Sundays! High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in business or a related field preferred. Benefits:
