(MTSI) is seeking a All-Source Intelligence Analyst MTSI is seeking a Software Engineer Tester with a TS/SCI clearance to provide support to a Government Office at WPAFB, Ohio. The engineer will be responsible for performing security testing throughout the software life cycle. They will be a part of the team of engineers, developers, and other professionals, co-located remotely and integrating the software at the customer's site at WPAFB. Duties to be independently executed include but are not limited to: Work with a team of software testers implementing automated tests, developing software test plans, and providing the customer with test reports/artifacts Knowledge and experiencing integrating test tools Develop Software Test Description documentation of capability designs Test capabilities using pre-defined acceptance criteria, pre-approved test plans, use cases, and test procedures Accomplish Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) documenting test procedures and conducting functional and regression tests Complete Integration, Check-out, and Testing (IC&T) and Acceptance Testing (AT) activities

Qualifications

Qualifications: Goal-oriented with excellent people skills, ability to work in a team environment, strong work ethic and proactive in all manners related to the job Must be able to get and maintain an active Top Secret security clearance, with special access 5-10 years of experience in DevSecOps, DevOps, or general Software Development Experience with collaboration tools including but not limited to: Confluence and/or Jira High degree of proficiency with an IDE such as Visual Studio or Eclipse and be capable of using them to their full extent Must understand the basics of LINUX, network code, and secure code Demonstrated ability to use creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems; apply competency in evolving, complicated situations A team player and be able to work within all levels of a project team Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and presentation skills Ability to own and complete complex tasks and shift from one task to another in a fast-paced, dynamic, and agile work environment Qualifications Desired: Familiar with the DoD Enterprise DevSecOps policies/guidance (Reference Design, Playbook, Fundamentals, Guidebook, and Strategy Guide), https://dodcio.defense.gov/Library/ Knowledge of military platforms, systems, and operations Experience working on-site in a government client environment Security+ or similar certification ISQTB Certified Tester certificate holder Education Requirements: Bachelors degree (experience can be used in lieu of a degree) Clearance Requirements: A Top Secret (TS) security clearance required (with SCI and SAP eligibility desired) #LI-BG1 #MTSIjobs #mtsi
