The Role

Job Responsibilities:

As a Data Steward Specialist - Commercial Data, you will be part of the Pharma Services team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of our commercial data. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to manage, govern, and optimize commercial data that supports critical business decisions.

Job Description:

- Manage and maintain commercial datasets, including sales, marketing, market access, and customer data within CRM systems like Salesforce and Veeva.

- Review Healthcare Professional (HCP) and Healthcare Organization (HCO) affiliations to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

- Regularly audit and validate the accuracy of HCP demographic data, including licensure, specialties, and contact information.

- Review and validate hospital and healthcare facility data, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records.

- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all commercial data platforms, performing regular audits and data cleansing activities.

- Expected to triage HCP/HCO , name, address, affiliations, and/or hierarchy by careful research and calls (to US) to validate/ confirm the information.

- Outline and instruct team to follow the data stewardship rules of engagement and associated documentation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data issues and ensure the availability of high-quality data for business insights and reporting.

- Define and implement data governance frameworks and processes for commercial data, ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as GDPR.

- Provide support for data-driven initiatives, including customer segmentation, market analytics, and promotional strategy.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

- Strong working knowledge of both written and spoken English.

- 5 years of HANDS ON experience in commercial data management or stewardship within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.

- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or Veeva, particularly with data management and integration.

- Experience reviewing HCP/HCO data, ensuring accuracy in affiliations and demographic details.

- Experience in data governance, data quality processes, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and an ability to work with large datasets.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience working directly on Salesforce or Veeva applications.

- Experience managing commercial data such as sales, market access, or customer engagement data.

- Prior experience working in a client-facing role in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.

- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. Contact
