Real Estate Counsel - Senior Manager

Real Estate Counsel, Sr. Manager - $170K to $190K plus bonus

Hybrid in Santa Monica, California - Will pay relocation expense for right candidate

Our client is a publicly traded, national real estate company expanding their corporate legal team. They are seeking a Senior Manager Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 2+ years experience. This is a hybrid work environment (3 days in office), offering excellent work/life balance and opportunity for advancement.

They are looking for someone coming from a large law firm with 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Transactions, including due diligence experience with commercial purchases and new developments. Must have a JD degree from an American Bar accredited law school.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work closely with the company’s senior VPs and experienced paralegals. This role will work extensively with in-house leasing, property management, construction, and development departments. Duties will include due diligence, investigating property titles, zoning laws, and potential legal issues before transactions.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial real estate with purchase and sale agreements experience
2. JD from an ABA accredited law school
3. High attention to detail and accuracy
4. Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize multiple projects
