Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy Development
    • Create and implement a cohesive brand marketing strategy that aligns with Zip Water's global vision and resonates with North American audiences.
    • Develop a clear and compelling brand narrative that communicates our innovative product offerings and commitment to sustainability.
    • Establish and oversee brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Marketing Leadership
    • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team to deliver on ambitious growth targets.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer experience, to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies.
    • Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes.
  • Integrated Campaigns
    • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
    • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
    • Manage public relations and thought leadership programs to position Zip Water as a category leader.
  • Metrics and Optimization
    • Set and track KPIs for all marketing activities to measure ROI and effectiveness.
    • Continuously optimize strategies and campaigns based on performance data and insights.
    • Manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective and impactful execution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful brand strategies in competitive markets.
  • Expertise in digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the premium consumer products, home improvement, or technology sectors is a plus.
