- Brand Strategy Development
- Create and implement a cohesive brand marketing strategy that aligns with Zip Water's global vision and resonates with North American audiences.
- Develop a clear and compelling brand narrative that communicates our innovative product offerings and commitment to sustainability.
- Establish and oversee brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Marketing Leadership
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team to deliver on ambitious growth targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer experience, to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies.
- Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes.
- Integrated Campaigns
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
- Manage public relations and thought leadership programs to position Zip Water as a category leader.
- Metrics and Optimization
- Set and track KPIs for all marketing activities to measure ROI and effectiveness.
- Continuously optimize strategies and campaigns based on performance data and insights.
- Manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective and impactful execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of building and executing successful brand strategies in competitive markets.
- Expertise in digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Experience in the premium consumer products, home improvement, or technology sectors is a plus.
