Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy Development
Create and implement a cohesive brand marketing strategy that aligns with Zip Water's global vision and resonates with North American audiences.
Develop a clear and compelling brand narrative that communicates our innovative product offerings and commitment to sustainability.
Establish and oversee brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
Marketing Leadership
Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team to deliver on ambitious growth targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer experience, to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies.
Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes.
Integrated Campaigns
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
Manage public relations and thought leadership programs to position Zip Water as a category leader.
Metrics and Optimization
Set and track KPIs for all marketing activities to measure ROI and effectiveness.
Continuously optimize strategies and campaigns based on performance data and insights.
Manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective and impactful execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of building and executing successful brand strategies in competitive markets. Expertise in digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite). Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams. Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. Experience in the premium consumer products, home improvement, or technology sectors is a plus.
