Job Summary: The CRM Manager will oversee the configuration and development of the company's Salesforce.com implementation, manage the user base, ensure data hygiene, build accurate reports, optimize flows and views, create Salesforce interface solutions, identify critical needs and feature enhancements, and train end users on proper use and best practices. This role will work closely with the Business Intelligence, Marketing, and Sales teams ensuring that we are optimizing our environment to best support the operational tasks of each team. Continually fostering an environment of innovation through vendor relationships, data integrations, and process improvements that position us as leaders in this space.

Primary Job Duties: The CRM Manager will have the daily responsibilities including, without limitation, to the following:
- Oversee the efficient and proper usage of Salesforce.com.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes utilizing workflows and data integrations.
- Maintain and/or develop data hygiene policies and procedures that ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Ensure that any data transferred from Salesforce.com adheres to our data governance and security policies.
- Develop dashboards that measure application system usage, adoption, and the data hygiene of our Salesforce.com instance.
- Develop training materials and provide training and support to Salesforce.com end-users.
- Proactively engage with Sales, Marketing, and Partnership leadership to define and document opportunities to improve the platform.
- Own, maintain, and improve Salesforce.com and KORE configurations through optimizing views, managing workflows, third-party program integrations, and data exports.
- Partner with the CRM Campaign Analyst to provide back up support relating to campaign identification and management within Salesforce.com.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business analytics, management information systems, data science, and/or mathematics or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 3-5 years of CRM experience, Salesforce.com experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with SQL and Apex programming preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strategic thinker with the ability to build and execute innovative digital products.
- Great teammate - should be ready to go beyond to help the immediate and extended team.
- Ability to translate ideas into solutions based on user and business needs.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment with quick turnaround times while still being attentive to detail and delivering excellent results.
