Job Description

The Application Support Analyst has a strong background in point-of-sale (POS) systems and a passion for optimizing guests experiences and business operations. As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and troubleshooting POS systems to ensure seamless transactions and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and POS system needs. Configure, deploy, and maintain POS systems, including Toast, Vista, Embed, and Intercard. Customize POS configurations to meet specific business needs and preferences. Conduct regular system audits and performance monitoring to identify and address issues proactively. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and internal teams. Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers for system upgrades, patches, and integrations. Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures for POS systems. Analyze transaction data and generate reports to track sales, inventory, and customer trends. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in POS technology to recommend improvements and enhancements. Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as an Application Support Analyst or similar role, with expertise in Toast, Vista, Embed, and Intercard systems. Strong technical proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting POS hardware and software. Excellent understanding of POS workflows, including sales transactions, payment processing, and inventory management. Familiarity with SQL databases and data analysis tools for extracting and manipulating transaction data. Relevant certifications in POS systems (e.g., Toast Certified, Vista POS Certified) are a plus. Physical Requirements:
