Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET),

you will be working on a fast-paced Agile team focused on building functionality to support our Platform team. This involves close collaboration in a cross-functional team of Software Developers, QA engineers, and Product Managers. This SDET role will encompass product functional testing with scope to include writing automation, defining and implementing the automation framework, monitoring CI/CD Pipelines, performance & test results analysis, use case validation, evaluating and reporting the current quality of existing and new features, developing and maintaining test tools. What You Will Get to Do Own the entire testing process for your team, including representing quality in cross-team discussions, requirements analysis, test planning, test case definition and execution, and test case automation. Cultivate a deep understanding of business needs and the technical roadmap and set clear quality standards in collaboration with other Quality and Engineering Managers. Recommend improvements to quality process, testing methodology, and automation strategy within your team and across the product. Help define and implement performance/scale test strategy and capabilities. Monitor and improve CI/CD pipelines. Maintain and extend the existing test automation framework, as well as evaluate and build out any new frameworks in support of our automation needs and strategy. Provide technical guidance to QA team members and enhance technical capabilities. Be an advocate and champion of a quality mindset across your team and the product – ‘build quality in’, ‘automation-first’, and ‘shift left test’. What You Will Bring Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Science, or other relevant majors or equivalent experience. 5+

years of experience in delivering high-quality products and facilitating automation tests in an enterprise software environment. Experience with writing automation with the following languages: JavaScript, Python, TypeScript. Experience with API and UI testing platforms, Pytest, Playwright, or similar frameworks. Knowledge of the complete QA cycle and experience with different types of testing, including experience building and adding onto an automation framework. Experience with Dockers and Cloud platforms. Experience with Continuous Integration tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitHub Actions). PULL-Request, cherry-pick, merge conflict resolution should be second nature to you. Experience in developing or influencing the development of automated framework(s) for enterprise-level functional and regression testing is preferable. Experience with performance testing using Locust or other performance tools. Experience with Unix/Linux OS. Nice to Have Portfolio and/or accounting and investment industry experience. Understanding of financial instruments and how they apply to today’s marketplace. Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum practices. Knowledge of Robot Framework. Knowledge in Performance testing. Working knowledge of MongoDB, JSON Scripts, SQL. Why You Will Love It Here! Flexibility:
