We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join the People team!
What you’ll do:
Act as the liaison between recruiting partners and candidates.
Schedule and facilitate all phone, video, and onsite interviews.
Communicate daily with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and other parties involved with the interview process.
Reschedule and problem-solve as needed when candidate interview schedules require changes.
Provide a best-in-class experience for candidates.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Someone with a knack for organization and finding creative solutions to problems.
An effective problem solver and able to make decisions quickly.
Able to work well in high volume scenarios.
An effective communicator who enjoys building new relationships.
Someone who’s passionate about providing a world-class candidate experience.
Experience with online systems, calendar tools such as Goodtime, and the Google suite.
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working at Snap Inc.

Compensation:
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):
The base hourly range for this position is $30.76-$46.15 hourly.
Zone B:
The base hourly range for this position is $29.32-$43.75 hourly.
Zone C:
The base hourly range for this position is $25.96-$39.42 hourly.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
