Job Title: Capture Manager Job Description Cape Fox Shared Services is seeking a Capture Manager to lead, develop and manage capture plans and strategies for new business opportunities. The Capture Manager will be responsible for focusing efforts on developing a pipeline of qualified opportunities and maintaining progress in the pursuit of business opportunities working collaboratively with program management, contracts, business development, and finance. Responsibilities: Executing business development functions including account management, business development, pipeline development, capture, and proposal support. Creating and leading customer engagements, mission analyses, and new business initiatives, including analyzing customer relationship management strategy and engaging senior management in contact activity. Supporting the strategic planning process, with specific focus on achieving the strategy through new business growth. Developing the bid strategy, keeping senior management briefed on bid progress, and leading complex captures through the proposal contributors across different functions ensuring a high probability of win for pursued opportunities. Identifying gaps and emerging requirements, performing market and economic analysis, conducting business intelligence, designing and executing formal capture plans, and monitoring competitor activity for each capture. Coordinating pre-proposal and proposal activities with internal partners and any major subcontractor or consultant effort. Participating in and/or leading business planning activities, including periodic pipeline reviews, bid agenda development, opportunity gate reviews, and proposal reviews. Interacting routinely with all levels of management, functional POCs, staff, and customers, and following through on tasking. Conducting after-action reviews for all business opportunity capture participants to document lessons learned and identify necessary adjustments to capture technique, strategy, and actions to refine bid strategies to enhance proposal readiness. Participating in and/or attending bidder conferences, oral presentations, and site surveys. Travel Requirements:

10 - 25% Key Qualifications: Bachelor's or Advanced Degree preferred. Minimum of three years of demonstrated government contracting Business Development and Capture Management experience. Prior experience in Program Management or Operations preferred. Demonstrated business development knowledge including targeting, opportunity qualifications, capture strategy, customer visits, customer relationship development, and relationship development with partner organizations. Proven leadership skills in developing, organizing, and executing significant capture activities, including building industry teams, assessing win probability, and ensuring timely execution of customer call plans to win business with new and existing customers. Demonstrable understanding of all contract types (e.g., non-IDIQ, IDIQ - single or multiple award contracts), as well as payment types (e.g., FFP, T&M, cost plus). Ability to solve complex problems in winning bids. Ability to lead geographically dispersed cross-functional teams. Excellent interpersonal skills, and a high degree of business acumen. Excellent written communication skills and the ability to present to both small and large groups. Knowledge of federal/civil as well as defense services marketplaces. Experience managing a portfolio of Business Development opportunities and running simultaneous capture strategies. Proven ability to brief senior government and industry leaders. Ability to work across multiple service lines. Ability to work well within a team environment. Ability to work within established business systems and applications and learn new systems and applications as needed to support Business Development functions. Category:
