POSITION OVERVIEW Our Area Manager leads a team of managers and is accountable for all aspects of the market and its results. The Area Manager drives the store’s business by focusing on performance (sales, service, and expense control), people (talent acquisition, training, and development), and process (S+B operating procedures and compliance standards). RESPONSIBILITIES Effectively communicating and executing new operational initiatives in your locations Driving KPIs and service excellence in each location Attract, hire, and retain a diverse team of top talent Responsible for shop level utilization - monitoring demand + labor trends and staffing accordingly for specific locations Maintaining and managing scheduling + booking software Working shifts alongside Managers through weekly store visits Lead with managers and associate development through training, feedback, coaching, performance reviews, growth planning, and individual development plans. Ensure new and ongoing training for Store Directors, including brand and category education, for continuous professional development and sales performance. For this position, the total annual compensation range, which includes base salary and potential bonuses. The pay range for this role is: 85,000 - 110,000 USD per year (LA - Silver Lake) 85,000 - 110,000 USD per year (LA - Culver City) 85,000 - 110,000 USD per year (LA - West 3rd) 85,000 - 110,000 USD per year (LA - Pasadena) 85,000 - 110,000 USD per year (LA - Beverly Hills)
