Responsibilities:
Draft documents such as correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and contracts to be used in proceedings and contract negotiations. Attend court hearings or other legal proceedings, perform legal research, and work with senior associate attorneys to provide legal advice. Communicate with senior associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently. Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up-to-date information is handy for other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. Review client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action. Qualifications:
We need an attorney who has a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience and is comfortable in a courtroom. Licensed Florida attorney in good standing. Skills and experience are important and valued, but your personality, character, intelligence, and integrity are also extremely important considerations. Spanish speaking a plus. Compensation:
$95,000 - $115,000 yearly
