A law firm is seeking a highly skilled Project Development/Finance Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have significant involvement in M&A, financing transactions, debt finance, and renewable energy transactions. Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and complex financing transactions. Structure, draft, and negotiate transaction documents, including debt finance agreements. Assist in the development, financing, and acquisition of renewable energy projects. Conduct due diligence reviews for M&A and financing transactions. Provide strategic legal counsel to clients in project development and finance matters. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the firm and with clients to ensure successful project execution. Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments related to project finance and renewable energy. Represent clients in various financial transactions, including corporate finance, asset-based lending, and project financing. Negotiate and draft power purchase agreements (PPAs), joint ventures, and other complex transaction agreements. Manage multiple projects and transactions simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines. Requirements:

3-6 years of legal experience in project development, finance, M&A, and renewable energy transactions. Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements. Significant involvement in debt finance, including corporate finance and project finance transactions. Strong understanding of renewable energy markets and the associated legal framework. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively. Experience in handling large-scale, cross-border transactions is preferred. Education & Certifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the California Bar or eligibility to become a member of the California Bar. Stellar academic credentials required. Skills:
