We're looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function for ivWatch. As a member of the Operations leadership team, you will perform various human resources duties in areas such as recruiting, employment, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, or other special projects. You will also provide guidance on human resources operational issues and develop programs and initiatives to meet management needs.

Your responsibilities as the Human Resource Manager will include: Partner with management teams to facilitate the delivery of HR services as appropriate. Serves as contact for employees and answer questions regarding HR policies and procedures. works to develop and promote the human resources strategies for the organization including talent acquisition, retention, benefits and compensation administration. Perform core HR duties of recruiting, corrective action, employee relations, compensation and benefit analysis Respond to escalated HR issues to ensure fairness and equity within organization Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements within the HR function Oversee benefits plan administration and negotiation Develop and oversee employee training and retention plans Perform compensation analysis to ensure that ivWatch is competitive to market Participate in programs to increase employer brand and reputation as a positive employer Perform analysis on business KPI metrics, including turnover, compensation by gender, comp ratios and benefit utilization Identify and implement employee engagement projects and recognition opportunities. To be a successful candidate, we look for:

Bachelor's degree in business, psychology or equivalent SHRM certification preferred Broad knowledge of the field with proven leadership skills Eight years of HR experience with at least three years of leadership responsibility Knowledge of existing HR Laws, regulations and compliance requirements and trends in the labor legislation Experience with technical recruiting and sourcing techniques Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems
