Mid-Level M&A Corporate Associate
to join one of our distinguished clients in the
technology and life sciences
field. This is your opportunity to lead, innovate, and leave your mark. In this role, you'll: Shape the Future:
Bring fresh ideas to complex M&A transactions, advising on high-stakes acquisitions and strategic exits. Collaborate with the Best:
Work alongside industry leaders in a premier technology mergers and acquisitions practice, guiding cutting-edge companies through transformative deals. Drive Change:
Take charge of projects that create lasting impact, from early-stage startups to global publicly traded corporations. Key Skills We're looking for candidates with expertise in: Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with M&A deal structures, corporate transaction documentation, and related legal research tools. Analytical Abilities:
Proven experience in interpreting corporate, securities, and transactional data to inform decision-making. Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to lead deal teams, manage multiple M&A projects, and drive results under tight timelines. Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, clients, and counterparties. Industry Knowledge:
Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies. What We're Looking For Your success starts with your skills and experience. Here's what you'll need to thrive in this role: Experience:
A proven track record in M&A at a leading corporate firm, with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience. Skills:
Expertise in handling complex M&A transactions, strategic acquisitions, and corporate governance matters. Education:
A J.D. degree from an accredited law school with superior academic credentials. Mindset:
A collaborative, forward-thinking approach to solving challenges. Bar Admission:
