Procurement Manager
to lead our sourcing and supplier management efforts. Our collaborative team excels in delivering actionable, cost-saving recommendations tailored to our clients' unique needs. What You’ll Do Strategic Sourcing
Develop and implement a procurement strategy aligned with company goals. Identify and engage with top-tier suppliers, negotiate contracts, and secure the best value.
Supplier Management
Cultivate and maintain strong supplier relationships. Conduct performance reviews and audits to ensure alignment with quality and sustainability standards.
Cost Optimization
Lead initiatives to reduce costs while maintaining product excellence. Utilize strategies like volume discounts and inventory management to drive profitability.
Inventory Control
Manage stock levels to meet production demands without overstocking. Minimize excess inventory and ensure smooth stock rotation.
Quality Assurance
Collaborate with quality control to maintain product specifications. Address and resolve supplier-related quality issues.
Compliance and Sustainability
Stay ahead of industry regulations and trends. Ensure procurement aligns with ethical and environmental standards.
Team Leadership
Supervise and mentor a team of procurement professionals. Foster a culture of growth and excellence within the department.
What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related field (Master’s a plus). 5-7 years of procurement management experience in manufacturing or packaging. Strong negotiation and supplier management expertise. Solid understanding of procurement best practices, supply chain management, and inventory control. Familiarity with sustainability practices in packaging materials. Proficiency in procurement software and tools. Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills. What We Offer Compensation:
Competitive base salary ($80,000-$110,000, based on experience). Bonus potential: 5-15% of annual salary.
Hybrid Work Model:
4 days on-site during onboarding, transitioning to 2-3 days on-site weekly.
