Full-Time The Role: The
Director of Operations
will play a pivotal role in Infinite Reality's Operations team by managing complex, cross-divisional projects that align with the company’s strategic goals. This individual will oversee integrations of acquisitions, standardize processes, and lead high-impact initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in driving large-scale projects to successful completion while managing stakeholder expectations. What You’ll Do: Operational Oversight:
Manage and ensure successful completion of current operational initiatives, including insurance, Vendor Relations/Negotiations, and acquisition integrations. Project Leadership:
Lead multiple high-priority projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with company objectives. Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement standardized processes for improved efficiency and scalability, while planning for future project components. Stakeholder Reporting:
Create dashboards and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project progress, risks, and deliverables. Collaboration & Coordination:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors, ensuring project requirements are met and objectives are achieved. Process Improvement:
Continuously enhance integration methodologies, tools, and processes to drive efficiency across the organization. Risk Mitigation:
Proactively identify and address project risks, ensuring smooth execution. Team Engagement:
Lead daily stand-ups, status updates, and post-mortem evaluations to document best practices and lessons learned. Resource Management:
Work closely with the SVP of Operations to align resources with priorities and ensure projects remain on track and cost-effective. What You’ll Bring: Certification:
PMP or equivalent project management certification required. Experience:
7+ years in project management, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing complex integrations. Proven expertise in integrating processes, teams, and systems within strict timelines and budgets. Methodologies:
Proficiency in Agile project management and other methodologies, with the ability to tailor approaches based on project needs. Technical Proficiency:
Advanced skills in project management tools such as Jira. Familiarity with Google Workspace tools. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred. Leadership:
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills, with a proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Salary Range:
$140,000 - $170,000 USD Base pay will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, certifications, experience, market demands, and locations.
