Our metadata management team is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, operations, QA, editorial, marketing, business, and software engineering. Implement and maintain solutions for managing metadata and content powering experiences on Apple Devices. Your work will have a direct impact across all Apple services. Excellence in System Evolution:

Minimum Qualifications Proven experience as a Software Engineer with at least 3 years of experience building scalable microservices. Proficiency in one or more languages: Java, Javascript, C++. Experience modeling data in relational and NoSQL databases. Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies independently. Passion for collaboration and a team-oriented approach. B.S in computer science or meaningful work experience. Key Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Expertise in Javascript. Experience building on cloud services. Knowledge of Kubernetes and related tooling (Helm, Spinnaker, Kompose). Experience in the digital content industry is highly valued. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Education & Experience Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You’ll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses — including tuition.
