Overall function This position reports to the Senior Director of Meetings and Events. The position actively supports the development and administration of SIOR conferences, education programs, and events. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES SIOR Conferences General Responsibilities Coordinates conference registration process and weekly reporting of registration statistics. Orders all registration supplies and swag for registration experience. Manages onsite registration and serves as primary liaison with onsite registration company. Oversees and manages all conference shipping. Manages the production of the conference app. Performs and executes all functions of the database event module: Event set up in AMS, schedule of events, sponsors, speakers, and post-show recording. Provides meetings and event support and services to the SIOR Foundation as needed. Works with all internal stakeholders of committees and member groups to facilitate breakout sessions. Reviews marketing emails and other items for all events. Exhibit & Sponsorship Management Coordinates all invoicing for and financial reconciliation of conference sponsorships and exhibits. Oversees the exhibit booth selection process. Reviews exhibitor prospectus. Serves as primary operations liaison for all exhibitors and sponsors to include: collection of descriptions and logos, distribution of exhibitor kits, ordering sponsorship items, etc. Coordinates and manages the exhibitor raffles. Manages Exhibitor and sponsorship concierge program: onboarding, FAQ sheets, swag, amenities, etc. SIOR Education Courses & Programs Researches and compiles hotel recommendations for the Next Level Series. Coordinates all logistics for the Next Level Series to include F&B orders, coordinating A/V needs, and housing. Manages the instructor assignments and schedules for the Next Level Series. Creates and ships Next Level Series materials: Packets, Badges, Tent cards, etc. Manages the SIOR webinar program, which includes scheduling, setting up registration, posting to mySIOR, running rehearsals, facilitating actual webinars, and ensuring recordings are posted. Manages LMS courses. Works with all internal stakeholders of committees and member groups to schedule webinars and other educational programs. Other Duties Performs other duties as assigned. Provides meetings and event support and services to the SIOR Foundation as needed. Manages team lunches and outings.
