Duties: Represent creditors or borrowers in liability management transactions. Handle DIP financings and bankruptcy exit financings. Work on special situations financings. Collaborate with the Global Finance team and Business Restructuring & Reorganization team. Handle high-profile representations for hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds, and other financial institutions. Participate in chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings. Requirements: 5-8 years of experience in corporate restructuring and special situations finance. Experience in liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and/or special situations financings. Demonstrated expertise in representing creditors or borrowers. Strong understanding of chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice law. Skills: Legal research and analysis.
