Job Title: Senior Integrated Marketing Manager
Pay Rate: $62-$67/hr
Location: Hybrid schedule in San Francisco, CA
Duration: 6 month contract with potential to extend, 40 hours/weekly
Job Summary:
In this role you will develop and execute digital strategies to maintain brand equity and gain market share, which requires a comprehensive understanding of the individual brand, its target market, and the brand's overall vision and direction.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all in-season execution for product-focused storytelling and promotional events across homepage, email, and digital media platforms.
• Develop in-season asset briefs, linking, and promotional communication strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams in in-season asset development and execution.
• Provide initial feedback during project team reviews and ensure updates are communicated effectively.
• Present assets during leadership reviews and manage changes to strategy and creative based on promotional updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including creative, CRM, commercial planning, media, merchandising, online experience, digital production, and external agencies.
• Analyze performance metrics and the competitive landscape to optimize marketing assets in alignment with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and execute test-and-learn initiatives across channels.
• Serve as a product expert, overseeing the end-to-end process of taking assets from conception to creation.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in consumer marketing; content marketing experience required
• Proven ability to translate product stories into compelling marketing messages
• Strategic, data-driven, global thinker with a customer focused mindset
• Solid analytical skills, ability to glean insights and tell a story from data
• Experience in fashion and retail strongly preferred
