We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Content Specialist to drive impactful digital strategies that enhance brand equity and capture market share. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and strategy, requiring a deep understanding of brand identity, target markets, and overarching vision. The ideal candidate is a natural storyteller with a proven ability to translate product-focused narratives into compelling marketing campaigns across diverse digital platforms.
In this role, you will develop and execute digital strategies to maintain brand equity and gain market share, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of the individual brand, its target market, and the brand’s overall vision and direction. This is a fast-paced, collaborative, and highly impactful position where creativity meets data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution:
Handle all in-season execution for product-focused storytelling and promotional events across homepage, email, and digital media channels. Write in-season asset briefs for cross-functional teams, strategize promotional messaging, and lead the development and execution of marketing assets. Provide feedback during project team reviews, present assets in leadership reviews, and manage updates to asset strategies based on promotional changes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Build and maintain dynamic relationships with teams including creative (copywriters, designers), CRM, commercial planning, merchandising, digital production, and external agencies. Act as the central point of contact to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
Analyze performance metrics and the competitive landscape to iterate on marketing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and execute test-and-learn initiatives across channels.
Product Expertise:
Become a product expert to ensure all campaigns and assets are grounded in a deep understanding of the product’s features, benefits, and target audience. Take creative assets from initial conception through to final creation, ensuring brand consistency and marketing effectiveness.
Supportive Team Player:
Provide additional support to the Manager as needed to ensure seamless execution of all marketing initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
Experience:
5 years in consumer marketing with a focus on content marketing; experience in fashion or retail strongly preferred. Storytelling:
Proven ability to craft compelling product stories that resonate with target audiences. Strategic Mindset:
A data-driven thinker with a global perspective and a customer-focused approach. Analytical Skills:
Strong ability to analyze data, glean insights, and craft a narrative from performance metrics. Adaptability:
Thrives in a fast-paced, changeable environment; comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot quickly when needed. Team Collaboration:
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster relationships across cross-functional teams. Results-Oriented:
Highly motivated self-starter with a relentless focus on achieving individual and team goals. Tech Proficiency:
Experience with tools such as AirTable and Miro is a plus; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60 to $65 hourly. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
