Job Description
- Develop and implement quality control processes within the Risk & Compliance Department.
- Monitor compliance with financial laws and regulations.
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with the Risk & Compliance team to ensure all operations align with industry standards.
- Prepare and present reports on quality control measures and improvements.
- Participate in regular audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality control and compliance procedures.
- Stay current with industry trends and changes in financial regulations.
