Job Description

• Identify and analyze potential market risks within the financial services sector
• Coordinate and implement strategic initiatives in the Risk & Compliance department
• Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with market risk regulations
• Conduct regular risk assessments and report findings to senior management
• Monitor market trends and developments to evaluate risks
• Implement risk mitigation strategies
• Provide training to staff on risk management procedures and policies
