Job Description
- Identify and analyze potential market risks within the financial services sector
- Coordinate and implement strategic initiatives in the Risk & Compliance department
- Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with market risk regulations
- Conduct regular risk assessments and report findings to senior management
- Monitor market trends and developments to evaluate risks
- Implement risk mitigation strategies
- Provide training to staff on risk management procedures and policies
