Job Description

• Guide multiple projects operationally across the preconstruction phases
• Develop and maintain client and industry relationships
• Partner with clients to formulate and develop contract terms, communicating the expectations to the project team
• Perform competitive-bid practices to obtain new projects and help the company growth plan
• Promote a collaborative philosophy with all subcontractors, vendors and project team members

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required, Master's Degree preferred;
• 5+ years' experience in an Estimating / Preconstruction role within a Commercial GC
• Experience estimating projects with self-perform elements
• Proficient in Cost Reporting and other Estimating software required
• Desire to interact with both clients and industry peers in order to develop and maintain relationships
• Excellent communication sills
