They foster relationships with their clients to add value. Their focus is on design-build approaches with self-perform elements to maximize efficiency and dependability. They are in the midst of a successful strategic growth plan allowing for the intake of larger projects with a pipeline upwards of $1B. Job Description Guide multiple projects operationally across the preconstruction phases. Develop and maintain client and industry relationships. Partner with clients to formulate and develop contract terms, communicating the expectations to the project team. Perform competitive-bid practices to obtain new projects and help the company growth plan. Promote a collaborative philosophy with all subcontractors, vendors, and project team members. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required; Master's Degree preferred. 5+ years' experience in an Estimating / Preconstruction role within a Commercial GC. Experience estimating projects with self-perform elements. Proficient in Cost Reporting and other Estimating software required. Desire to interact with both clients and industry peers in order to develop and maintain relationships. Excellent communication skills. What's on Offer Competitive base salary.
