Business Process (Cost) Analyst - TS/SCI Clearance
Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Business Process (Cost) Analyst who will provide support for administrative, analytical, program management, and strategic communications support services across a multitude of Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) offices. Top Secret/SCI Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities in support of the Department's Program and Budget Reviews which include Prepare the internal schedule to ensure Issue Papers are drafted, coordinated, and reviewed with Acquisition & Sustainment (A&S) Leadership and submitted in accordance with the Cost Assessment Program Evaluation (CAPE) Technical Guidance.
- Review Issue Papers in the CAPE Issue Nomination Software Program to ensure they meet the criteria for acceptance.
- Coordinate activities in support of the annual Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Passback by coordinating with the affected offices and Defense Agencies and obtaining approval to ensure OSD (Comptroller) timelines are met.
- Coordinate support for the 3-Star Programmer's and Deputy's Management Action Group to include distributing Read Ahead (RAH) slides to subject matter experts and preparing RAH binders for Principals.
- Coordinate weekly reports as required to include those provided to the Deputy Secretary of Defense front office by tasking offices for inputs, consolidating inputs and preparing drafts for the Chief of Staff.
- Serve as primary lead for coordination and consolidation of the Annual Statement of Assurance that is approved by the Chief of Staff prior to submittal to the Chief Management Officer.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the A&S front office staff.
- Deliver the Annual Statement of Assurance.
- Prepare findings on program issues to present facts and make suggestions for improvement.
- Other duties as assigned; associated with and/or in support of your primary role or program mission.
- Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI.
- Minimum of five (5) years of specialized in leading and providing technical guidance and direction involving multiple projects of high complexity.
- Executive level support experience, experience within DoD and/or other federal agencies.
- Must have experience in managing customer expectations and working directly with customers.
- Must have outstanding customer service abilities to initiative, judgement, creativity, flexibility, and confidence.
- Must have the ability to multi-task across multiple projects.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
