Electrical Engineer

Selectek is seeking newer Electrical Engineers on a contract-to-permanent basis. Our partnering company, located near Athens, Georgia, needs candidates with backgrounds in heavy equipment or bulk material handling projects. Employment Type: Contract-to-Permanent Expected Pay Range: $33.65-$45.67 hourly, depending on experience, before permanent conversion Location: Athens, Georgia Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) - At least one year of field experience, preferably working with overhead cranes and runway systems - 2D and 3D design experience in AutoCAD, Inventor, or other CAD design programs - Experience performing design calculations - Ideal candidates have some knowledge of structural and mechanical engineering as well In addition to these requirements, candidates must hold United States citizenship, per the client’s request.
