Summary This position is part of the NNSA - Office of Secure Transportation, Department of Energy. A successful candidate in this position will serve as a Management and Program Analyst Responsibilities As a Management and Program Analyst, you will: Analyze, develop, implement, advise and recommend solutions on all phases of a major recruitment program requiring significant analysis and innovation to solve complex issues. Responsible for executing recruiting strategies, systems and procedures to meet Office of Secure Transportation (OST) staffing and recruitment goals. Address issues which can be complicated by human resources regulations as part of the recruitment process. Establish and track metrics utilizing various computer software programs, incorporating large amounts of data from various sources. Collaborate on the development, coordination, and execution of the Office of Secure Transportation (OST) Nuclear Materials Courier Outreach and Recruitment Program. Requirements Conditions of Employment Subject to Random Drug Testing Must pass a pre-employment drug test. Favorable suitability determination required. Financial Disclosure is required. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: Experience applying analytical or evaluative methods to conduct major recruitment programs. Implement recruitment strategies, track data, coordinate and execute the OST Recruitment Program. Experience analyzing, measuring and evaluating effectiveness of work processes, policies, and/or procedures.
