Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director of Property Management Operations Leader to drive the growth and efficiency of our
residential single-family
property management operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in property management, an extreme sense of ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial for creating and implementing effective systems and processes, leading dynamic teams, holding team members accountable for performance, strategically forecasting both revenue and key personnel needs, and creating a roadmap for the property management division. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize property management operations, enhance performance, and drive business growth. Systems & Processes:
Design and establish robust systems and processes to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and ensure consistency across all properties. Accountability:
Hold teams accountable for performance through regular evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics. Forecasting:
Accurately forecast revenue, staffing needs, and resource allocation to support business growth and operational efficiency. Talent Management:
Evaluate the current bench of talent, identify skill gaps, and develop strategies for recruiting, retaining, and developing high-performing team members. Growth & Development:
Lead initiatives to grow the business, capitalize on new opportunities, and expand our portfolio in line with company goals. Ownership:
Exhibit an extreme sense of ownership and responsibility for the success of the operations department and the overall business. Adaptability:
