We are searching for a Director of Finance, Banking, and Treasury to join our dynamic team in the Energy industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance leader with a proven track record of managing financial operations and strategies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of the company, including but not limited to: Accounts Receivable Factoring Forex Supply Chain Finance Debt Capital Markets Working Capital Credit Risk
Responsibilities include: Develop and implement strategic financial plans to align with company objectives. Manage relationships with financial service providers, including banks and investment advisors. Oversee the treasury function, ensuring liquidity for operational needs, managing bank relationships, and optimizing the company's financial leverage. Develop and implement robust financial risk management processes. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the company. Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies, and regulatory actions. Enhance and/or develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation. Continually improve the budgeting process through education of department managers on financial issues impacting their budgets.
Minimum Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in the Energy industry. Strong knowledge and experience in AR Factoring, Forex, SCF, Working Capital, and Credit Risk. Proven strategic planning experience at the management level. Proficient in using financial software and MS Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred. Proven ability to see the big picture and also dive into the unique, detailed aspects of financial management.
