We are looking for Manager - Technology to join our Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) group to support Worldwide Quality Shared Services (WWQSS) team in strategizing, planning, coordinating, and executing tests for projects in WW Operations organization. As Manager – Technology, you will work with a globally dispersed cross-functional team to improve test environment readiness and test data readiness and increase test automation adoption. In this role, you will: Work in strategic, tactical, and operational capacity to improve quality and speed of delivery while reducing test efforts in WW Operations portfolio of projects. Implement testing industry best practices such as test automation, test data readiness and test environment readiness. Work with Test Readiness teams to develop test strategy and plan for execution. Deliver on prioritized initiatives, maintain high bar for delivery. Identify/anticipate roadblocks and navigate through challenges. Pull team members across BPR, regions, and IS&T teams to deliver at scale and speed. Develop key performance metrics for the team and monitor against defined goals. Develop trust and gain respect as team leader. Lead by example. Have regular 1:1 with team. Identify areas of interest, enable growth and career development. Maintain team focus on priorities. Recruit, retain best talent in the industry. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 10+ years of professional experience. 7+ years experience in software test automation tools and frameworks such as Worksoft, Tosca, UFT, Selenium etc. Preferred Qualifications

Preferred certifications in Worksoft or other test automation tools and frameworks. PMI/PMP certification preferred. Certified Scrum Master preferred. Certifications in SAP ECC and S/4HANA preferred. Experience in managing teams for system integration testing or user acceptance testing of sophisticated, highly integrated projects. Knowledge of QA automation methodologies, processes, and tools. Familiarity with technologies like Worksoft, Tosca, Java, SQL, Scala, Databases, NoSQL, Web Services (Rest & soap), using unix tools to measure system and performance metrics, and Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tools & methodologies. Experience in testing/test management of S/4HANA Implementations. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $173,100 and $260,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
