Job Overview : We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time, contract-to-hire basis. This role is perfect for a creative professional with a passion for design, strong technical skills, and a drive to deliver visually compelling materials that elevate our brand across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and produce point-of-purchase (POP) materials, including menus, table tents, posters, and in-store promotional materials. Create marketing collateral for concert and event promotions, ensuring a cohesive and engaging visual presence. Design and oversee production of large-scale and small-scale signage, including banners, window clings, and outdoor displays. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Prepare files for print and coordinate with vendors to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer fresh, creative ideas for marketing initiatives. Adapt and refine designs based on team feedback. Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with experience in retail, hospitality, or event marketing. Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design projects, including POP materials, event marketing, and signage. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience preparing print-ready files and knowledge of print production processes. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Flexible schedule that allows for time sensitive requests and short deadlines.
