Land Administrative Assistant
Overview:
Seeking a detail-oriented Land Administrative Assistant to support the Land team with administrative tasks, data management, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and collaborative.
Responsibilities:
- Update and track reports related to budgets, leases, and broker activity.
- Prepare and analyze land-related data for internal use.
- Maintain department files, calendars, and agreements.
- Communicate with external stakeholders and address inquiries.
- Calculate ownership interests and review lease terms.
- Process invoices and assist with departmental needs.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Team player with an upbeat and professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; administrative experience required.
Details:
- Full-time, in-office role in downtown Denver, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
- Competitive hourly pay ($26.44-$31.25) with annual equivalent of $55,000-$65,000.
- Parking provided.
