Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service
• Accurately input data and maintain customer records
• Coordinate and schedule appointments as required
• Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook to perform daily tasks
• Aid in the preparation of tax returns
• Ensure proper organization and filing of documents
• Scan, upload, and download forms and documents as required
• Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth operations
• Adapt to the changing needs of the business, especially during peak periods.• Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling inbound/outbound calls
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with data entry tasks
• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
