This role will be centered around supporting our team by ensuring efficient and accurate processing of customer-related tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Undertaking heavy data entry tasks with precision
• Managing tax administrative processing
• Editing PDFs and adding watermarks as required
• Proofreading documents to ensure accuracy
• Scanning, copying, and mailing documents as needed
• Ordering office supplies to maintain stock levels
• Providing cover for reception during lunch hours on a rotating schedule
• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe for various tasks
• Handling customer service duties, including answering inbound calls and email correspondence
• Scheduling appointments using Microsoft Outlook.• Candidate must have prior experience in Financial Services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Experience with data entry tasks is necessary.
• Excellent email correspondence skills are needed.
• Must have the ability to schedule appointments effectively.
