We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to become a part of our team based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The chosen individual will contribute to a large-scale project at the Pittsburgh International Airport. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, with the potential for three days of on-site work and two days of remote work.
Responsibilities:
• Process and manage customer credit applications efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Address customer inquiries and issues promptly.
• Oversee customer accounts and initiate appropriate action.
• Support in managing data using Access.
• Use Office Suites, including Excel, Word, and Teams, for various administrative tasks.
• Edit and manage documents using Photoshop.
• Learn and use Bluebeam / Bluebeam REVU, a construction software, for project-related tasks.
• Manage and organize digital content with basic Photoshop skills.
• Assist in various administrative tasks as needed.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, demonstrating the ability to create, manage, and analyze spreadsheet data effectively.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, showcasing the ability to edit and manipulate images as required.
• Demonstrated skills in Data Management, ensuring the organization and safety of important data.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu, with the ability to review and markup PDF files efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access, demonstrating the ability to create and manage databases effectively.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, showcasing the ability to manage emails, appointments, and tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, demonstrating the use of applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access effectively.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, showcasing the ability to communicate and collaborate with team members effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, demonstrating the ability to create, edit, format, and print documents effectively.
• General knowledge and understanding of Microsoft software, ensuring the ability to use various Microsoft applications efficiently.
