• Managing confidential information related to sales and other sensitive areas.
• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to complete tasks and manage appointments.
• Following up on customer inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette.• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and staff.
• Experience with data entry, demonstrating high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Capability to manage email correspondence professionally and promptly.
• Expertise in handling both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring effective communication.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, with the ability to perform complex calculations and create reports.
• Experience in using Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, schedules, and contacts.
• Ability to create compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word for drafting documents, letters, and reports.
• Experience in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
