Administrative Assistant Position

Job Description: As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. Additionally, you will assist with basic accounting tasks and provide general administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars and schedule appointments
Coordinate meetings and events, including preparing materials and arranging logistics
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
Maintain organized filing systems and databases
Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports
Provide general administrative support to team members as needed
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
