Key Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of estate planning, probate, and trust administration cases, including preparing and filing estate tax returns.
• Draft and review estate planning documents such as wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and other related legal documents.
• Advise clients on tax strategies, wealth transfer, and asset protection, while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Represent clients in estate and trust litigation matters before Orphans' Court.
• Foster long-term client relationships through regular communication and trust management, partnering with families and other legal professionals.
• Handle client billing, case correspondence, and file management with attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA accredited law school.
• At least 1-2+ years of experience in Trusts and Estates law, with a preference for candidates holding an LLM degree.
• Active Bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction (Pennsylvania).
• Strong knowledge of estate planning, trust administration, and estate tax laws.
• Ability to draft legal documents and provide strategic advice regarding wealth transfer and asset protection.
• Familiarity with federal tax returns and estate tax laws.
