Many More!Job DetailsLooking for a Trusts and Estates Attorney to join in January 2025! Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Trusts and Estates Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. This role will involve working closely with clients to design comprehensive estate plans that protect their assets, minimize tax liabilities, and ensure smooth transitions for future generations. You will also play a critical role in trust administration and guiding clients through the complexities of the probate process.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement personalized estate plans, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced health care directives. Assist clients in trust administration, ensuring compliance with California laws and handling all necessary documentation. Provide expert legal advice on probate matters, handling probate filings and court appearances. Work with high-net-worth individuals and families to create tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies. Represent clients in estate-related disputes, including trust contests, fiduciary disputes, and inheritance issues. Collaborate with financial advisors and accountants to integrate legal solutions into clients' overall financial plans. Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant changes in California estate and trust laws.Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the California State Bar. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. Strong knowledge of California estate and tax laws. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to client service. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience.
