Adecco Staffing is seeking a friendly and energetic Retail Associates to join our clients team at the Miromar Outlet Mall in Estero, FL. As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and assisting customers with questions.
Responsibilities:
Pay Details: $15.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers as they enter the store and providing them with product information and recommendations
- Maintaining a clean and organized store, including restocking shelves and ensuring merchandise is properly displayed
- Participating in inventory management activities, including receiving and processing shipments and conducting regular stock checks
- Assisting with special events and promotions as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Pay rate: $15.00 per hour
- Weekly Pay – you receive a paycheck every week
- Comprehensive benefits after 1 week – medical, dental, vision, options available
