Reports to: Facility Manager
Department: Warehouse
FLSA: Exempt (not eligible for overtime)
Location: Breinigsville, PA - Onsite

An experience warehouse supervisor manages and oversees all warehouse activities, ensures efficient processes, and maximizes warehouse productivity. To be successful as a warehouse supervisor you should be experienced in optimizing warehousing processes and be an effective team leader. An outstanding warehouse supervisor should be dependable and have excellent organizational and time management skills.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities
- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Ensure that the timecard system is current and up to date
- Ensure there is proper employee coverage in place daily
- Deal with daily employee issues such as disciplinary actions and complaints
- Set the example for your employees. Do the right thing
- Administer disciplinary action, when necessary, in accordance with the Trinity Handbook
- Manage warehouse department employees in ADP payroll system
- Plan staffing needs including temporary workers, employee vacations, callouts, etc.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials
- Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels
- Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory and deliveries for accuracy
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing necessary documentation
- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse and grounds
- Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management
- Time management skills and the ability to delegate
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Proficiency I Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Problem solving skills

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred
- Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position

- Frequent use of hand/wrist
- Fine manipulation of hands/fingers
- Lifting to 20 pounds singularly
