Position: Receptionist 

Location: Atlanta, GA

Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $650 - $870 per week

Job Description: We are  is seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to be the face of our office. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk, provide administrative support, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations by creating a positive and organized environment for clients, visitors, and staff. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages or providing information as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Manage appointment schedules and coordinate meeting room reservations.
• Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Ensure visitor logs and security procedures are followed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and handle a busy front desk environment.
