As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, you will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment.

About the Role: As a Receptionist at Style Netbox, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and supporting our team. You’ll work in a fast-paced, creative environment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping us maintain a professional atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and clients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward calls to the appropriate team members.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
• Maintain office supplies and order necessary items as needed.
• Ensure the reception area is neat, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
• Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
• Assist with other office tasks and special projects as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or office experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
• Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus.
