Job Summary:
Elevation Chevrolet GMC is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team in Boone, North Carolina. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our dealership and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and callers. This is an individual contributor role, with a salary of $15 per hour. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience and are directed to the appropriate department for their automotive needs.

Compensation & Benefits:
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $15 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts on vehicles and services.

Responsibilities:
•Greet all visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
•Answer incoming calls and route to the appropriate department or individual
•Schedule appointments for service and sales departments
•Maintain a neat and organized reception area
•Communicate with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their experience
•Process customer payments and maintain accurate records
•Assist with general office tasks, such as filing and data entry
•Monitor inventory and order office supplies when necessary
•Follow all company policies and procedures, including security and confidentiality guidelines

Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent
•1-2 years of experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in the auto industry
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
•Professional and friendly demeanor
•Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
