Job Summary:
Sir Walter Chevrolet, a premier car dealership in Raleigh, North Carolina, is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. In this position, you will also be the Director of First Impressions. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with general administrative duties in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As the first point of contact for our dealership, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our customers.
Shifts will be Monday through Friday 7am-4pm. or 10am-7pm

- Greet and welcome customers, guests, and vendors as they enter the dealership
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with scheduling service appointments for customers and directing them to the appropriate department
- Collect and record customer information accurately and efficiently
- Process payments and provide receipts for services rendered
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and providing support to other departments as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer-oriented role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiarity with basic office equipment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
