A Receptionist is the first impression our customers receive of the dealership. This position courteously receives visitors and callers to the dealership, determines the nature of their business, answers basic questions and directs them to their destination.

Job Summary

Specific Job-Related Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming phone calls and delegate as needed using the phone system
- Greet incoming guests, and continue to provide world-class customer service to customers and employees alike
- Assign customers to Sales Consultants as needed using computer software
- Provide various administrative support as it pertains to the store
- Maintain value, quality, and integrity
General Company Related Duties and Responsibilities
- Report to work within acceptable time frames and company standards.
- Maintain appropriate degree of professionalism towards customers and coworkers.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook)
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
